Our normal pricing is based on using commercial mowers, not hand mowing.  These are seasonal prices for those signing contracts.  A one time cut starts at $40 and up.  First time cuts can incur extra fees if yard has high grass that needs cleaned up.  Call for an estimate as location and properties with hills or difficulties can effect the price.

Hand mowing is an additional $21 for every 15 minutes of extra mowing time, and bagging is an extra $15 for every 15 minutes of additional time on top of mowing prices.

Residential: We offer seasonal pricing for the entire season at a 3 inch trigger for residential accounts. We only plow residential accounts in Millcreek, East Fairview, West and South area of the City Of Erie. Customers must have their payment in full before we start plow and a signed contract. For Residentials we plow between 7PM and 8AM as needed, and we don’t plow over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Holiday between 2PM on the Eve until 7PM on the Holiday.

Commercial: Commercial triggers are 1” or 2” inch of snow. We also offer bulk salting and charge $20 per 50 pound of salt used. Finally we offer snow shoveling, this is a labor rate, based on how long it takes to shovel. We charge $20 for every 10 minutes of shoveling work. We plow these 24/7/365 as needed per trigger and conditions.  

The prices above are based on the customer signing a yearly contract with us, which greatly saves them money when compared to short-term or one-time services. One-time mows start at a minimum of $40, and the customer will also have to pay $15 per 15 minutes for any additional time over the initial 15 minutes. This includes travel and loading time. If the length of the grass is more than 6 inches, the customer will pay $15 extra for every 15 minutes of additional time. We use a walk-behind edger for our commercial edging services. Customers will pay $15 for every 10 minutes of edging time, including cleanup. There is no price deduction for customers with pools, as pools actually make more line trimming work for us since there are less open areas.
